Consolidated Contracts—Increasing Immunization Rates Webinar

October 1, 2019, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. we will discuss the consolidated contract negotiation process in the area of accountable targets, strategies, and activities for the Immunization Program. Two agencies will be sharing their implemented strategies and outcomes. The objectives of the webinar are:

  • Provide an overview and understanding of the immunization program contract objective negotiation process
  • Review immunization trends in Wisconsin
  • Identify strengths and barriers to increasing immunization rates
  • Review strategies to increase immunization rates and eliminate barriers

Who should attend: Health officers, immunization lead positions, and contract negotiators. However, the webinar is open to anyone who is interested or is involved in immunization activities at their agency.

Reminder for Local Health Departments: School Immunization Reporting

Schools are required to submit their immunization report via REDCap survey by the 40th day of school. Local health departments should be monitoring which schools in their jurisdiction have reported by logging into REDCap and viewing their report. School tracking sheets, which can be found on SharePoint, should be submitted to your regional advisor (located halfway down the page) by November 15, 2019.
